Hello! My name is Allison Spear. Born and raised in Southwest Michigan, I carry with me the essence of this place- its culture, values, and the many lessons it has taught me. I love the area and feel fortunate to call it home. There are so many great community aspects and opportunities along with many beautiful places to explore! I have been a licensed REALTOR since November of 2017. Since 2013 I have been, and still am, a licensed cosmetologist. The flexibility I have between the two jobs gives me the opportunity to meet and help a great variety of people. 

In October of 2018, I welcomed my beautiful daughter Lyra into this world. She is now my Cressy&Everett "Junior Agent" and even has a name tag of her own!  In May of 2020 my handsome baby boy Logan joined our family. He keeps me on my toes, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Real estate has given me the opportunity to not only have a wonderful career, but also spend every day with my babies which has been an even greater blessing.
